How to Book
Select the service that best fits your needs.
Choose an available date and time from the calendar.
Enter your contact information accurately so you receive confirmations and reminders.
Submit payment if required to secure your appointment.
Check your email for confirmation details and meeting instructions.
Before Your Appointment
• Complete any intake forms sent to your email prior to your session
• Upload or prepare any requested documents
• Join your meeting on time to maximize your session
• Write down your questions or goals so we can focus on what matters most
Appointment Policies
Payment Policy
All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the confirmation email link.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Sessions may be canceled after a 10-minute delay.
No Shows
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Virtual Meeting Instructions
If your session is virtual, your meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your internet connection and log in a few minutes early.
